2017 - presented a talk on “Challenges in HC Gas/CO2 Injection in Two Emerging Areas: Deep Offshore and Onshore Unconventional Oil” at the CO2 for EOR as CCUS Conference held at Rice University in Houston

 

2017 -  presented a talk on “Making Deep Offshore EOR possible” at the Gulf Coast Section EOR Forum held at the University of Houston

 

2018 -  Delivered a graduate seminar at Stanford on “Pushing Shale Oil Recovery Technical Limits”

2020 -  Delivered a Keynote Speech at the first EAGE conference in Latin America on EOR application in Deep Offshore and Shale Reservoirs

He has been involved in teaching such topics internally and externally and has been a PhD External Examiner in many universities.

​

In 2015, Reza was the author of an internal company report titled “A Case Study in CO2 Capture and Storage – Subsurface Issues” in which he discussed the subsurface requirements for a reliable CO2 storage. He analyzed the reservoirs that were the right candidates as future storage sites.
